6 months later with same issue

So let me recap.

I have taken my car in several times, called chevy support and they scheduled with the same dealer for my car to stay a week for a thorough inspection. Took the manager with me to replicate the issue and even he heard it. 1 week later got it back and... "We could not find the issue".

Whatever maybe its not a big deal. 6 months later the issue has gotten progressively worse. I now have a messed up strut bar which I took my car in to get this addressed and once again they give me the "We could not find the issue" and I was like man.. take the car over a bump you'll see how the right side jumps like crazy. Guy tells me I can take the manager with me to show him and im like man ive been through this before.

I took my concern to Chevy and 72 hours later no response. I'm just so frustrated and now I have been advised maybe a Lemon law might need to be claimed. What should I do now. Any advice?
