I would get the Bureau of Automotive Repair involved. My neahew has a brand new Dodge pickup, automatic that would make a clunk noise everytime he put it in drive. He had it to the dealer 4 times, and they said it was normal. It started getting worse going from drive to nutral when driving. He contacted B. A. R. they scheduled a day and time for the truck to be there at the dealership. They racked the truck, Mopar mechanic started to disassemble the transmission with the B A R guy there. The trans was wasted. He made the dearler replace the whole trans with a new one.
You definetly want to get them involved before you lemmon law it.
