You loose about 15% through the driveline. 426rwhp is close to 490 hp at the crank, which is where GM rates their cars.
That seems a little low on power to have 1 7/8" LT's and 93 gas. The '14's have less drag on the crank and usually put down better stock numbers than the previous models.
Not bad numbers any way you look at it, but it isn't what I'd expect to see on 93.
Any idea why your shift points were lowered? That doesn't make a lot of sense.
