Proper Way For 5th Gen Camaros To Be Lifted In Air For Service?

Hi everyone.
I just bought 8 quarts of Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w 30 and a Mobil 1 M1-113 Oil Filter and I'm going to take my car down the street to have the Oil & Filter changed and something got me thinking,... Is there a proper way that our car should be lifted in to the air when its being worked on?

When my car was up in the air being worked on by the guys at Florida Speed & Power for the Exhaust I took some pictures (See Attachments) a month later Itook a long trip up north to Michigan and the bracket for the Tunnel Plate came loose so I took it to a local place up there to have it tighten up and while it was up in the Air I noticed that it looked like Ground Effects or whatever it is that is below the door area was being squished a very little bit, It didn't leave any marks or damage but while it was up in the air you could clearly see it was under pressure.

So before I go have my oil change I want to make sure that my Camaro is being lifted in the right location in all 4 points of the car so if anyone could helpe with this I would appreciate your help,... My pictures Only show the 2 Front Points of the Car and Not the Rear.

Thank You.

Jim
