I vote NO on the sunroof for the following reasons:
1: Reduces headroom in a car where it is already lacking
2: Increases weight
3: Possibility of issues, such as leaks and creaks
4: Doesn't seem like something a muscle car should really have
5: You lose the really cool "double bubble" roof when you get the sunroof
