I don't think that would be too difficult if you can get a similar dual filament bulb in with the turn signals, and you tap into the positive wire for the parking lights.
My Camry has the amber parking lights and turn signal in the same bulb but it is a dual filament 3157 bulb. Something like that is all you would need and then a plug for the dual filament bulb.
