and that's how you do it, folks. You don't need to have the car out yet to get the plate. Order it now and put it on your ride. Then, when the 5th Gen comes out, you just go back to the DMV and tell them you wish to transfer your plate from the old to the new. I've done it. It's easy as cake....no problem. That way, you get the plate now!

No problem....they said two weeks so I'm sending the wife over the middle of next week to pick it up.
