The oil filler tube is not screwed in, rather, it's seated in place with force.
You can remove the oil cap, take a block of wood and place it over the top of the filler tube and tap it with a hammer. Do NOT go crazy and beat the tube down into the manifold.
If this technique fails, you may have to replace the tube with a new one. The new filler tube will need to be installed with the method described above.
