No. OP must be living in the past if he thinks $110 was a "rip off". I mean, everything works now, right? If all it took was disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes (as he suggested), why didn't he just do that himself?
I have dealt with that same dealership - bought my 2012 1LT from them. I was very dissatisfied with the experience, but I believe they are being called out unfairly on this one.
