I was cross shopping a WRX STI 1.5 years ago, and many decided to wait for the new model to come out, hoping it would look like the prototype shown at most auto shows, which did receive rave reviews. When the new model came out, everyone was
for the most part.
Not sure if value actually went UP on the outgoing model, but one thing is for sure, good luck finding one, well at least that's the case here. For sure, at the very least, used prices have stabilized on the older subbie. If they did go up, I_would_not_be_surprised at all.
