There is not supposed to be a cover.
A cover might help a very small amount if it was acoustically tuned, but this would be cost prohibitive.
Those speakers, the 6x9's do not produce bass, but rather a midbass frequency.
You are better off Dynamatting the rear shelf, and adding subs and an additional amp
