Yes it can be done, I did it , but it was a lot of work and in the end not sure it was worth it. Had to rip the seats out, remove the seat covers then the fabric. If you are going to do this , plan it out and take your time. I saved a lot of money doing it myself, if you pay someone they are gonna kill you on price, thr labor is simply not worth it.

But they did hold up well and had no issues at all . I ended up trading my car in for the v8 model so I have no idea if they are still working
