Especially since your shop will install 2 oil coolers, I'd recommend going with biggest line available to keep the oil pressure drop to the minimum. In my case, I used -12 AN. High # of rows on cooler cores will also reduce the pressure drop. This is actually the main advantage of using one big core instead of two smaller ones (assuming they are installed in series).
