Because GM didn't sell as much as they originally thought. These low prices have caught my intention. I'm just going to wait it out for the 6th Gen. I'm concerned that GM will conclude that the market for ZL1's and Z/28's is smaller than originally thought or used to justify them as models in the first place.
They overbuilt 2013 ZL1's and had to fire sale them.
There was a minimum number of Z/28's promised to cover development costs. Was that achieved?
