Not saying that I'll ever make $$ off one (couldn't care less), but you're not giving the car enough credit. Its a purpose built car with tuned suspension and specific tires mated to it, along with many parts specific to it. I could go on and on, only because I know a couple guys at GM that made it their passion to make it as good as they could make it, tested it relentlessly, and still produce it on a production basis. If anything was dropped in and parts borrowed it was the venerable ZL1 which the Z28 will run circles around on a track. The ZL1 is in the same boat value wise as well the last 2 weeks dropping 15 grand.

I'm just glad the car got produced and look forward to owning one at the right price IMO
