the Mustang has been selling pretty well for many years and not "everyone that wants one has one" nor is it only "appreciated by enthusiasts". I don't know where you get those ideas about the Camaro but since it's so much cooler than the Mustang I don't think it would be a passing fad either. Obviously it won't always sell for $5K - $10K over sticker though.
