Awesome, these could be my issues. I am using the solid blue wire right now. Should I wire it to the blue/white wire instead?

And 760bowtie, what exactly do you do to put that add a circuit together? Would hard wiring it to the blue/white wire instead work the same? Would hard wiring to the cigarette lighter also work??
