Hey boys and girls... just wanted to get back to you and share the results of adding 1" wheel adapters to my front Niche Milan's. Of course with these things, one of the biggest worries I've read about was wheel vibration.

The installation was extremely easy. Before I took the wheels off, I was thinking I was going to have to trim down the bolts to ensure the wheel sits flush on the hubcentric adapter. Lo and behold, when I removed my front wheels, it turns out that Niche already thought about this, and thus provided 'caverns' for the stock bolts to sit in, while being able to add any type of wheel adapter I'd want to install. Great job MHT!

So anyway, I tightened the adapter's included smaller bolts to the stock bolts. Then set the wheels, which sat perfectly on the adapter, and tightened them to torque.

Lo and behold here are the results:

1. The wider stance. I have Hotchkis suspension all over and this thing handles beautifully. With the adapters and the addition of the 2" wider stance, the wheel feels much more firmer. Takes a bit more strength to turn.

2. The look. I measured initially, but mostly used my best judgment on which size to get - 25mm (1"... or very close to it). The result is a more aggressive look, the front doesn't look at all tucked in and the wheels look the same at the quarter panel as do the rear 315's do at the fenders.

3. The feel at freeway speeds. My wheel's always been touchy because of the responsiveness the mod's have provided... ride feels like a go-cart at times, lol. Now, its firmer... feels good and the greatest part of all this - no vibration.

Conclusion. Great results all around. I would think twice about adding these things to the rears, but at the front end - its definitely a mod I could recommend if someone's front wheels don't sit quite like they like them to.

Here's a few pics... from a bad phone camera... just sitting real pretty after a wash;
