OK, I'll post the JDP Tow Hook.

First, with the bumper off, marked the location to the left of the hole you see in the bumper (about 1 1/2 inch to the edge) and used the tow hook to line up the holes. I then used and automatic punch to mark the drill points:

Drilled pilot holes. I 'stepped' up each hole size and use cutting oil -- don't go full hog to the big drill bit -- they'll overheat.

Stepped up:

Final drill up to the 1/2 drill bit size -- installed the bolts and aligned the tow hook to the bottom of the bumper post:

There is room for adjustment up and down as needed. When my new bumper comes in, I'll test the up/down but this should give plenty of room -- but is a shin killer ;o)
