Sheri, I'm not the Viz but hopefully this will help. Once your dealer places your order it goes to status event code 1100. It will stay there until the dealer assigns an open allocation to your order. Then and only then will it move into the "GM" system. I would suggest that you talk to your dealer and 1) ask how many open allocations he has or expects to get and when and 2)how many customers are ahead of you waiting for allocations. IF he gets 2 a month, for example, and there are 10 customers in front of you...well, it's going to be a long wait. At some point you may want to look for a dealer with open allocations and no one in front of you, or very few in front of you. Don't worry about "losing your place in line". Until you get out of the 1100 limbo you aren't even at the end of the line. It's just something you have to decide. I went through the same thing you are going through and finally found another dealer. Good Luck!!
