OK, had ADM do a ZL1 fuel pump, and FPCM with Dyno. I'm running all stock pulleys, 6 PSI boost, and these are the results (only one pull as the intercooler pump needs to be re-positioned):
ADM did an excellent job considering I did the work and its not a 'normal' ADM build -- and they don't normally work on someone's DIY job. It is very much appreciated and ADM does
Superb work.
The results are right where I expected them to be being totally stock pulleys and a 'safe' tune. Since I didn't upgrade to the 2.55 pulley, there is still room for 60+ hp. I didn't want to do that just yet, but it will likely be a future upgrade ;o). ADM has the 6 rib pulley upgrades for the snout and tensioner so that will be a future mod (Lid and SC need to come off again ;o)
I found out the Bosch pump cannot be mounted upside down so I'll have to re-do that -- but that was the only install item to re-do. The pump does not appear to operate properly in that mode -- Andy informed me Bosch does not support that. Live and learn so I'll do that before taking any long drives ;o)
The idle is 'searching' a bit and I've sent a file to Ryan @ GPI to review that ADM generated for me (Thanks Andy!).
3:91's come out and 3:45's in -- and that is scheduled for next week.
More to come!
