I've been spraying mine for ~2 years. No real problems if you keep up the normal maintenance (nitrous filter changes, spark plugs checked and gapped regularly, and gas quality kept up).

My advice is to start with a small shot and step it up based on your needs and available fuel. On a kit without a dedicated fuel cell and a stock fuel system, you're looking at about 150 being the maximum shot before you see a fuel pressure drop at the rails.

Oh, and that 150 shot? Its good for 10's in the 1/4 all day long with a bolt on car.
