You can't do red halos; they're illegal. You can't have any red or blue lights on the front of the vehicle; those colors are reserved for law enforcement and emergency vehicles. If you put them on anyways, I can just about guarantee you'll get pulled over the moment a cop sees those red halos. And if he pulls you over for that, he might also decide to inspect your car for whatever else he can find. Do yourself a huge favor; don't do it.
