Nothing. My back is really hurting lately. 50mcg Fentanyl patches work just fine, but I still cannot do anything to the 'Maro. I instead got my 2 trigger recall boxes for my Remington 700 SPS Varmint .204 and Remington 700 SPS Tactical AAC-SD 16.5". On the varmint model, I removed the Leupold VX3 6-20X40 and mounts. Also took off the heavy Bell and Carlson stock. On the tactical model, I removed the Vortex Viper PST 4-16X50 and mounts. I took off the suppressor (Texas is a FREE state!) and locked it in the gun vault.
I got to thinking about the range I shoot the rifles. The .204 is for little critters 400 yards away. I've decided to go with a Timney trigger. Subsonic .308 ammo loses energy beyond 100 yards. I've got a Cooper 54 Excalibur .260 for shooting out to 1000 yards, so the Remmy will just get the stock trigger updated.
Saving for a FLIR scope for night suppressed hog hunting. Maybe I'll get my back surgeon to bust out a .30 caliber machine gun with a threaded barrel. With my full-auto rated suppressor on a belt-fed machine gun, we could decimate an entire hog crop raid.
