L99 or LS3?

Going with cats would have helped a bit for sure. I would suggest installing a Magnaflow Resonated X-pipe to start. They are cheap($100), and significantly reduce the volume.

I installed one for the same reason after my cam install, but sadly my particular combination produced a resonance frequency that would rattle the fillings out of your teeth, so it was promptly removed the next day. Other than that, I was VERY happy with the results and am sad it didn't work out for me.

I would not let this scare you. I am a unique case, as a guy I know has the EXACT same setup as me and he didn't get that resonance issue I did.

After that, if still too loud, then there is not a ton you can do(try adding cats). I have even researched alternative cat backs and none will really be much quieter than my NPP with the flaps closed, and with the insane price for a cat-backs, it just is not worth the money.
