The ZL1 was dyno tuned today and put down 784rwhp and 757rwtq. On the first pull, it laid down 751rwhp. Car is running 15lbs of boost and is on the stock bottom end. (We will have to see how long it lasts!)

The ZL1 is down at Rapid Motorsports in Birdsboro, PA. Mike is a well known LS engine builder/tuner and his 99 Trans Am was the first LS1 to go into the 9s. He will be building and tuning the car. I will also be using Mike's custom grind blower camshaft. Mikey's cams always make good power and he is quite popular with the F-body crowd. Jeremy Formato of Fasterproms will be porting/milling the heads, blower, snout, and throttle body. My goal is to get as much power out of the stock components as possible. I will post up dyno results when it is done and looking forward to going to the track when it gets warm out.
