Pissed me off as I was leaving the salon, after a wonderful facial, was crossing a street to get back to my Camaro parked in plowed snow. A car coming out of a parking lot signaled me to walk in front of him (nice Canadians). I twisted my ankle crossing the street and pain. Had a flashback...2001 Qatar. 2001 Qatar had a lease car and it broke down in the desert. Got out of the car, twisted my ankle, tried to get up, ankle twisted again, passed out in the extreme heat. Only reason I lived a nice Arab guy saw me laying in front on my auto, picked me up and took me to hospital emergency. I was in a coma for 3 days. So when I sprained my ankle today on a side street in the snow thought if I can not get up and walk, I might die in the artic cold.

Anyone wanting to loose weight consider this. I tried gyms and health clubs for years to keep my weight in check. A recumbent bike helped me. This is something you can have at home, buy on the internet. I used it for 45 mins. a day, three days a week. Followed workout with a protein drink. Dropped 20 pounds in 4 months and did not have to change my diet.
He you heal up and get well soon.

Dinner looks great!

Cruised over to Pavilions today in the 85* heat. . Didn't take any photos. It was Camaro night where the local mostly 5th Gen Camaro club gets to use an entire aisle. Before I left, there were about 12 there, and lots of empty spaces. Then some new Mustangs arrived to park in their spaces. While the leader was backing into a spot, one of the club people walked over to stop him. Luckily, one of the cruise moderators showed up to cool things off. Fun to watch.

Wonder if some Camaro owners will be parking in some of the reserved spots next time it is Mustang night.
