Second, lots of cash.
Third, do you want a street car running 10's or just a track car. Street cars running 10's are a very rare breed.
If I was to build a 10 sec street car I'd buy a Z06 with the LS7 and put a twin turbo kit on it and some drag radials and call it the day. (but thats 100k plus)
