In front, the outside edge would move closer to the fender at +35 = 13 mm (~.5") and +20 = 28 mm (~1.1")
In back, +35 = 18 mm (~.7") and +20 = 33 mm (~1.3")
I'd be willing to bet that the +20 offset will stick out past the edge of the fender. Always a chance of rubbing on a hard bump with that.
