Hate to revive a semi old thread, but I'm going to try the tightening of the lugs with the wheels off the ground.

I put H&R spacers on mine about a month or so ago. 25mm in the front and 22mm in the rear. Had to trim the lugs down to get the wheels to seat but that was no problem. I've had a vibration in the steering and haven't been able to narrow it down. Wheels have been road force balanced twice; once before spacers and once after. They're on and I don't think they're the problem. Didn't have the vibration until the spacers were put on.

Lugs on the spacers and wheels have been checked for torque multiple times. Only thing I do that's mentioned here is the spacers get tightened with the hubs in the air; wheels get tightened with tires on the deck. I'll see if this helps......

Update.....it was actually worse this morning than it's ever been. I'll take them off and look again tonight.
