Is that really necessary? Besides, Civics are great cars - very dependable/economical, which is all OP is looking for. I had a '07 Civic coupe "commuter car" (bought it new) and racked up over 100K miles in a little over 4 years. 40 mpgs highway - never a problem.
OP: I think you should get that Honda for around $4,500.
