Bottom line is that there is enough verbiage in GM's documentation that says they really -can do what they want. Ferrari's F-40 and Porsche's Carrera gt dont get a track warranty. I mean lets hontstly look at how much purpose built racing parts fail, that were built and designed strictly for racing. How many cars drop out of a track event or race with mechanical failures.
