Currently on the phone with a GM representative, on hold now but they are checking based on the information I have provided. Will keep you posted. They did offer to send a letter, to which I did say yes.
Update at 10:00 AM: they will research on their end as to why the 2014 models did not receive certificates and get back with me. (This representative does get back to you) second time I have spoken with him. Updates as they come.
