Thanks for your efforts! One thing that makes this worse is that many of us placed orders or deposits immediately after the car was announced. It was an agonizingly long wait for the cars to be built. Then, Chevy had the issue of transport -- the backup with limited railcar availability led them to ship them by truck. However, the rail issue meant that transporters were in tight supply, and many cars just sat -- for weeks -- until they were shipped. At that point there was ZERO communication on ETA; for many of us the only communication from our dealers was, "Guess what -- your car just showed up!".
Given this, the failure to start issuing the Certificates with 2014 owners is pretty galling. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that this is corrected soon. If not, I will declare this to be an EPIC
