An aggressively cammed LS3 should be in the 470-500 range at the rear wheels with supporting headers and CAI. The stock throttle body, intake and heads are good up to 600 so I'm not so sure how much more you can realistically expect there. You're going to need a large blower to take any advantage of going bigger with those items. I'm not sure on the NF but blower cams tend to be a little more conservative with a bit more on the exhaust side so I don't know how to temper the expections versus the N/A grind.
