The forums don't do "columns" of information very well.
- BBQ - The first number will be for tracking of people for the BBQ at Edwards garage
- Hotel - The "yes" or "no" if you have said that you booked a hotel room in Jasper.
- Group - Then the number if you said "yes" to a group dinner and told me how many people from your car will be attending.
