In Michigan the lemon law does not provide you with a new car, they take back the car if certain criteria are met.
I lemon lawed and SRT for a clutch issue. They paid the loan, gave me back my deposit, the payments I made and even have me money for the window tint and Mopar exhaust I had Installed. Only thing I paid for 8 months was the insurance. Chrysler took care of me and we currently have a Chrysler, Jeep and the Camaro in garage.
