I tuned my 2013 GS and I haven't had any issues. I don't beat it but when I put my foot down it takes off. I also didn't get an overly aggressive tune, so I didn't have to upgrade the exhaust or the tranny or the turbo. I think if you were going to race it or were trying to get the most out of the 2.0 then maybe you'd have to do some upgrades.
