Some people are saying they will have the same amount of horsepower and torque, but they wont. It wont be night and day in peak ratings, but their will be a noticeable difference. Also, important factors like low and mid range torque where peak hp is made will also be very different.
As for the 5.0L, it wont be 350hp, not even in the F150.
