All indications are the Gen6 will weigh just about par with the Mustang and would also like mass reduce the Z/28. So the FC engine is only 500+ where as the LT4 is 640/650 HP.
It just depends on whether GM jumps all the way to the LT4 or if there is something else in the works.

The GT350R is 130 lbs less than the regular GT350, which is less than the GTPP. That can put the GT350R under 3600 lbs. Best case, that puts the GT350R at 300 lbs less than the LT4 Z, potentially more. Ford has also said the 5.2 will make at least 100 hp/l. I would expect it to be making well north of 500 hp.
