Will the Camaro really be a "clean sheet" design? It's rumoured to use the Zeta platform from Holden, and the new Commordore's have just been launched in Australia.
So, considering it'll use that chassis as a basis, and the engine won't be all new (maybe a new version of the V8) it's a bit rich to call it a clean sheet design.
At the end of the day, that doesn't really matter. What matter's is they get the car to market as quickly as possible, but ensure it's "right 1st time".
