I think I figured out what the cycling sound is that's coming from my front passenger side wheel. I jacked the car up yesterday and noticed an uneven tire wear. I checked to see if it was a bad wheel bearing by trying to rock the wheel back and forth. Nothing. I'm thinking my alignment is a little off because of the uneven tire wear, which is most likely what is causing that cycling sound. I'm thinking an alignment will help, but won't fix the noise issue because of the tire. When I eventually replace the tire, hopefully the sound will go away.
