Some will say that this currently exists with the CSI program. Problem there is that there is little to no transparency to the public. In other words, the public never sees the results of the CSI survey.
What is needed a program that allows customers to see the both the good and bad of all GM dealerships. This will allow the consumer to make an educated decision before buying or leaving their car with someone.
