I have checked battery weights and it looks like a different battery could save 10-30 pounds for 150-1000 dollars. But I am not sure that is even worth it.
I think a few pounds per wheel/tire could be saved but as mentioned, the factory wheels are pretty good. Some of the TSWs are 4-6 pounds lighter each.
Other than that I have not thought of anything.
