Yes, no problem, you can just pull the fuse on any NPP equipped Gen5 Camaro. This will fully disable the actuation of the exhaust bypass valves in your mufflers and they will be open at all times ...

I recommend you pull the fuse and see how you like it always open. This is obviously very inexpensive and will only take about 15 minutes of your time to get access to the fuse block. Drive the car a while at different speeds and in different situation and try to get feedback from others on the noise level.

If you ever wish to have the ability to manually open and close the valves without resorting to pulling or inserting the fuse back into the fuse block, you will need to get a controller to perform the manual override. Using a controller, you can open or close the valves at will. I recommend you look at the Forza controller to do this ... there are two models:
