These were removed from my 2013 ZL1 and stored inside for the winter. They have 4k miles on them, mounted, balanced and come with TPMS. I do not have the lugs.
There is a small rash on the right rear rim. This can be repaired. I'm not familiar with truck shipping but I can check for prices.
I want $2000 OBO for the wheels and tires and you can pick them up or pay for shipping.
