In other news, am I the only one that prefers the 2016 RS over the SS solely based on looks? I wouldn't change the hood or spoiler because of the cooling and aero properties but those 2 vents are too much for me with everything going on with the front end. Maybe seeing one in person in Hyper Blue would change my mind but I would like to see an SS with the V6 hood and spoiler. B4C/ wolf in sheeps clothing package anyone? If the V6 body is adequate to cool the LT1 for heavy duty street use I would go for that in a heartbeat. I'm not one for exterior mods. Interested in seeing stripe packages for both models. They'll be hard pressed to top the rally stripes from the fifth gen I think. The full length stripes also go really well with the refresh and I never see them on the street. |
I too prefer the RS front end over the SS front. I'm not a fan of the protruding edge on each side.
It's funny I didn't like the 2010-2013 5Gen front as much either due to what looked like swollen cheeks on either side.
