I'm lowered in front and have a splitter. Just buy the right ramps and you don't need to mess with blocks. I have the long Race Ramps that I used for my trailer. Since I have a custom belly pan, jacks don't work for me. I like to place the jack on a frame rail and not the underbody. Race Ramps are pricey though, believe mine were over $250 discounted.
