For looks only. Go for it with a 315/35/20. The OD of the tire is about .9" taller than the stock 1LE 285/35/20 so the back of the car will be just a hair under .5" taller.
If you want to carve canyons or track the car this is a bad choice as the car will not rotate and will actually understeer more as mentioned above.
I have had the 285/35/20, 275/40/20s, 305/30/19, 325/30/19 and now 305/35/19s on my 1LE just to play around with sizes and feel. I say this because if you are going for traction off the line compound and brand is more important than width. My current 305/35/19s (on all 4 corners) launch from a dig better than even the 325/30/19 Goodyears did and better Way better than stock. So much so I have surprised a couple Friends in GTRs not in launch mode as they didn't think they needed it.

Is the 315 to wide for the rimrim causing the tire to balloon more on aggressive take off?
I want the best width for launching.
