In the front, the "official" service manual location is the torque box behind the wheel well. This is the big body colored bulge with a round hole in the middle, outboard of where the front clip bolts on. But don't use this if your floor jack doesn't have a large rubber covered pad. Use a nearby surface on the front clip or the cross member in front of the oil pan.
In the rear, use the flat portion of the rear channel, which is body colored, directly in front of the wheel well. This is the service manual location. Do not use the differential housing!!!!
Personally, I think this is unnecessarily complicated for changing oil. Use ramps.
